PETITION against electronic torture

The petition for french citizens to be signed here on the Senate website and to be signed here on the website of the National Assembly

asks:

• The inclusion on the agenda of a legislative text on the recognition of harassment by means of an electronic or electromagnetic device as torture.

It is presented below.

For now I created a petition for french parliament only. I am planning to write an international petition and a petition for EU citizens.
