Request an intervention from the police

To collect the evidence it is necessary to obtain as much evidence as possible.

The intervention and the observation by the police can make it possible to constitute this evidence file.

In France in the case of electromagnetic harassment, however, it is preferable to proceed step by step because there is not yet a legal text which legislates for the repression of this criminal act.

Harassment by neighbors or others may, however, require alerting the police or gendarmerie.

The following acts constitute harassment:

• Vexatious acts or comments

• Threat

• Offensive or obscene language

• Dwelling house's visit
